Campaign Zero’s Use of Force Policy Analysis translated policy research into a public-facing report examining how use-of-force guidelines correlated with police violence outcomes across major U.S. police departments. The work fueled a major civil rights movement.

Researchers working with the ACS gathered information on the demographics of state count judges in all 50 states. They found huge disparities between the courts and communities they represent.

On behalf of prominent Black Lives Matter activists DeRay McKesson and Samuel Sinyangwe, I was asked to design the first police scorecard in the United States.
