Inclusive Design
We are POC-founded and have a strong background in design activism. We believe an agency should create work that is reflective of the communities it serves. This means designing for an audience that is diverse in identity, gender, race, ethnicity, and ability.
We go further to apply these practices to imagery, asset selection, and staffing to ensure that every aspect of our work – no matter how small – has equity in mind.
